Our beautiful artisan organic Rewarewa is gathered from forest areas of the Northern Coromandel. Described as New Zealand’s native honeysuckle tree, its distinct red flowers bloom in Spring.

Rich malty taste with a sweet finish, earthy aroma & a smooth to slightly to slightly grainy texture. Shades of amber with some natural streaking, frosting or crystallisation occurring. These are natural stages of raw organic honey and vary with each batch & season.

It’s full bodied flavour pairs well in baking or beverages as a natural sweetener, or enjoyed straight from the spoon!
