Our honey is extracted within hours of harvest and is not pasteurised or fine/pressure filtered so the honey retains its natural taste, texture, enzymes and pollens.
Our Hives
Our hives are located in remote sites on the Northern Coromandel Peninsula, away from industrial and intensive agricultural or horticultural production.
Great care is taken to select warm, sunny, sheltered hive sites with access to clean water for our bees.
Stocking rates of hives are low and set to work in harmony with surrounding ecosystem and we do not move our hives to different regions to follow different honey flows.
