Shipping, Terms & Conditions

Woodland Honey 2008 Limited is a New Zealand owned and operated business. The following terms and conditions policy follow the requirements of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. All orders and transactions are covered by New Zealand Law. All prices listed on this website are in NZ Dollars and include GST for domestic orders, international orders are zero rated.

Shipping & Delivery Times

We endeavour to have your Woodland’s Honey shipped within 3 working days of receiving the order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Please allow 3–5 working days for delivery within New Zealand and 3-10 working days for international delivery.

New Zealand Shipping

For domestic shipping we use New Zealand Post service. Please select the correct shipping option for your address at checkout. If you do not we may have to contact you to ensure the correct shipping fee is paid before your order can be dispatched. Domestic Shipping is free for all orders $100.00 and over. For all orders under $100.00 the following shipping rates apply:

Standard shipping - $8.00

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated by the total weight of your order to your destination. Shipping rates are calculated once you have selected your country in delivery method at checkout. For international shipping we use New Zealand Post International Courier Service, this is a tracked service and requires signature for receipt, therefore please provide an address where this signature can be obtained. Delivery can take 3-10 working days under normal circumstances. We are able to deliver to most countries across the world, but not to the following countries where there are restrictions: Russia, Western Australia, South Africa, Fiji, Thailand and Vietnam.

The following weight limitations apply as maximum per shipment for the countries stated:

Any orders over the maximum weight limits may arrive in multiple packages.

All deliveries outside of New Zealand do not include payment of any country specific tax or customs duty. Any country specific restrictions, taxes or customs duty are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Once order has been dispatched from our facility all risk is passed on to the buyer.

Variance

Every effort has been made to ensure that the images for the products displayed on the website are as accurate as possible. Woodland Honey 2008 Ltd endeavours to make every product as close as possible to the image presented, however as Woodland's Manuka is raw and certified organic, it has not been pasteurised, highly processed or heated. It is as natural as possible and it is normal for variations to occur within each harvest and batch of Manuka.

Payment Gateway

All payments via the website are processed securely using Stripe payments.

Returns

If you're not happy with your order please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.

Damaged Orders

We do our best to ensure that all items are securely packaged before shipping. If you have a genuine issue with regard to the item being damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receipt of your parcel. If your order has arrived damaged, please ensure ALL original packaging, including the delivery bag it was delivered is kept. We cannot replace or claim for damaged items without everything being accounted for.
