Classic Organic Mānuka Honey Vinaigrette
No salad is complete without a classic, homemade vinaigrette. Here’s our version, with a ‘sweet’ twist!
Ingredients
½ cup olive oil
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Woodland’s Organic Mānuka Honey MGO50+
2 teaspoons finley chopped red onion or shallot
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Method
Combine all ingredients in a clean jar. Cover with lid, and shake until fully blended.
Alternatively combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined, this also saves time chopping the onion finely!
Pour over salad to dress, or chill until ready to use.
